Housekeeping Administrator

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Housekeeping Administrator** to manage housekeeping operations in our shopping mall. This role is responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules, monitoring vendor performance, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in the shopping mall.
- Manage and maintain housekeeping schedules, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Liaise with housekeeping vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor and track cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory to prevent shortages.
- Monitor regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, expenses, and maintenance issues.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including waste management procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **diploma in administration, hospitality, or a related field**.
- At least **2 years of experience** in housekeeping administration, preferably in a shopping mall, hotel, or commercial property.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and cleaning standards is an advantage.
