**Overview of the Position**

The Compliance Executive is responsible for safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring that all Independent Business Owners (IBO) adhere to the company's policies, regulations, and industry standards. This role is essential for maintaining compliance with legal requirements and conducts thorough investigations into all reported cases within the designated timeframe.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:
**Collaboration and Escalation Management**: Works closely with various internal departments, such as Legal, Finance, and Human Resources, to manage and resolve compliance-related issues and escalations effectively.

**Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement**: Actively monitor company activities and Independent Business Owners (IBO) behaviour to ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulations. This includes conducting regular audits, reviews, and assessments.

**In-Depth Knowledge of Company Policies**: Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the company's rules, regulations, and code of conduct. To stay updated on any changes or amendments to these policies and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.

**Independent Business Owners (IBO) Support and Inquiry Management**: To respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and complaints from Independent Business Owners (IBO) regarding compliance-related matters and provide guidance, clarification, and support on compliance-related issues.

**Investigation and Misconduct Management**: To conducts thorough investigations for suspected breaches or misconduct by gathering evidence and prepares formal notices or reports for those who violated the company policies or contracts

**Dispute Resolution and Mediation**: To assist in resolving disputes or conflicts between **Independent Business Owners (IBO)**and the company, ensuring fair and impartial treatment for all parties involved.

**Site Visits and Inspections**: Conduct on-site visits to investigate compliance-related issues to verify information received.

**Record Keeping and Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all compliance-related activities, investigations, and communications. This includes documenting evidence, findings, and resolutions.

**Ad-Hoc Tasks and Event Support**: To assist in additional tasks or responsibilities as needed to support at company events or functions.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- **Relevant Experience**: Experience in a compliance, risk management, or legal role, preferably within the MLM or direct selling industry.
- **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders, and external parties.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Possess strong analytical skills and able to identify and assess compliance risks and develop effective solutions.
- **Independent and Proactive**: The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous, attention to detail and accuracy in ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
- **Ethical and Professional**: Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in all their dealings.
