Cashier Sales Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers with smile and make them feel welcome
- Be attentive to customers
- Recommending the best products to customers
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Inform customers about discounts and promotions
- Using upselling techniques to increase store sales to achieve sales goals
- Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS system
- Ensure products are presentable and clean
- Making sure products are fully stocked daily
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products
- Be aware of shoplifting and payment or identity fraud
- Handle customer complaints and find a reasonable solution
- Basic cleaning before opening and after closing
- Assisting Manager/Supervisor with miscellaneous duties
**Requirements**:
- Previous retail experience
- Basic customer service skills
- Maintain professionalism at work
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skill
- Physically fit, able to commit to work
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Able to communicate in multi-languages is advantage
- Experience with in retail, customer service
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Flexibility to work on shifts
- Available to work on Sunday,Public Holiday and and weekend
- Working at Balakong, Selangor
**Working days: 6Days (Rest Day will provide in table scheduled )
Interview session will be at Global Wira Sdn Bhd, 16 sierra, Puchong
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
