- Answers phone calls, schedules appointments, and supports customers.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Assisting the Sales and service Team if required.
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Have working experience in service centre will be an advantage
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
