Administrative Coordinator

As a Administrative Coordinator, you will be reporting directly to Administration Manager and you will work onsite at UOA Shah Alam. **Main Responsibilities** **Office management** - Oversee daily office operation - attend to reception function including any deliveries, visitors and phone call - Manage the access card issuance and system - Manage all supplies needed in the office including stationery, pantry and toiletry - Coordinate the maintenance/repair of office facilities - Upkeep the office condition (safety and comfortability) **Support services** - Attend to onboarding and offboarding need of employees - Prepare e-purchase requistion and invoice submission for payment - Act as liaison with building management team, local authories and vendors - Coordinate any function and event host in the office **EHS** - Update and manage roll-call list - Maintain first aid kit supplies - Conduct EHS inspection **Qualifications** - Possessed minimum of SPM education background - Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. - Able to fluently speak and write in English. - Good communication and organizational skills, - Attention to detail and ability to multitask and work independently. - This role needed 5-day physical attendance to office. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
