Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your designated business unit to gain a thorough understanding of its strategic objectives and implement effective HR practices within the team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team leaders within the business to foster a cohesive community and enhance overall business development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership, offering HR guidance as needed in areas such as staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Act as a proponent of the organizational culture by partnering with business units to promote an engaged workforce.
- Guide employees through their onboarding experience, ensuring a well-designed program, and deliver onboarding training to impart essential HR information.
- Manage routine HR tasks throughout the employee life cycle, including employee retention efforts through exit interviews, skip-level meetings with employees, employee satisfaction surveys, and more.
- Address and manage employee disciplinary issues, providing advice to business leaders on effective case management.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years in HRBP or a relevant role.
- Demonstrate comprehensive HR knowledge, particularly hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proficiency in structural thinking and problem-solving.
- Preferably have experience in regional/global/cross-cultural project management.
- Hold a BA/BS degree, if possible.
- Ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adept at change management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM19,000.00 per month
