- Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the maintenance team to ensure the upkeep of the hotel’s physical assets.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting guest experiences.
- Oversee repair projects and renovations, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadline.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide timely solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
