The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves inventory management, sales strategies, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise shop staff.
- Create and maintain a positive team environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high standards of customer service are met.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels and reorder products as necessary.
- Ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage shrinkage.
- **Sales & Marketing**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
