To be decisive and results driven, focused leadership in leading the whole project team members either internally and externally. - To be honest and accountable to yourself, your clients, contractors, subcontractors and your co-workers. - Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry. - Set clear goals and expectations to subordinates especially the project milestone, Standard of Practice (SOP). Method statement of construction and inspection, provide coaching/counseling to your team members and subordinates. - Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of the projects from pre to post contract, include its feasibility study, preparation of contract document, Bill of Quantity, costing/budgeting analysis and not forgetting attending the relevant meetings, collaborate with inter departments, consultants and authorities and preparation of the periodical progress reports to the management. - Negotiate and resolve all technical or customer concerns. - When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects, manage all jobs closeout procedures in relation to the contract, catch-up plan to address budgeting of the projects, and conduct post project reviews or data base to determine areas for future improvement.
