**Responsibilities**:
.Initiate and plan market research, market analysis, competitor study and market validation, and interpret the results and determine follow-up actions in order to keep abreast with the market needs and trends and maintain competitiveness of the overall portfolio and assigned product lines.
.Own, support and execute various phases of the NPI (new product development) process by partnering with cross-functional team members across International (Asia Pacific and Europe) sector.
.Achieve successful product launches by co-developing collateral content to support the product story, value proposition and marketing material such as product sheets, price lists, etc.
.Develop product training content and provide product training for assigned products.
.Become the product line ambassador and help solve business problems.
.Compile findings from cost-price and competitor analysis performed on products and product lines and propose actions to improve performance.
.Perform all maintenance of business activities and be the main contact for all product line management related enquiries. Ensure that MCO (Marketing Change Order) for system update has been performed correctly by team.
.Support client engagements such as mock-ups, product launch events, client visits and discussions to help establish company's point of view and value proposition.
.Ability to travel across Asia Pacific to support product discovery projects and client related events. International may be required at times.
**Skills and Requirements**
.Requires very good understanding of other functions
.Requires deep understanding on how businesses functions and how to deliver value to customers and the organization
.Good project management skills
.Working relationship with sales and dealer functions in multiple countries
.Active language knowledge of at least English and Mandarin as the role required to deal with APAC counterpart.
.University degree in business, marketing, or engineering
.A minimum of seven years of work experience in product management or/and product marketing
.At least 3 years of international work experience
.Work experience in global organizations preferred
.Ability to travel across Asia Pacific (International travel may be required).
