North West Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, answering phone calls, managing the flow of our front office, meeting rooms & etc.

**Your role**
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assisting the HR team with the interview process.
- Manage appointments and reservations to ensure an organized schedule.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, pantry & meeting rooms.
- Assigned ad-hoc administrative duties.

**What we expect from you**
- SPM holder or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malayu is required, able to communicate in Mandarin is plus point

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:
