At Coffeebot Holding Sdn Bhd, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch coffee experiences through our advanced coffee vending machines. We are seeking a passionate and innovative R&D Executive with expertise in machinery and food technology to drive the development of our cutting-edge products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Research & Development**:

- Conduct research on the latest beverage vending machine technologies and implement improvements in machine efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Innovate and design beverage dispensing systems that enhance beverage quality, focusing on ingredient integration, mixing, and temperature control.
- Develop and test new beverage recipes and formulations, ensuring alignment with industry trends and consumer preferences.

**Product Improvement & Innovation**:

- Analyze machine performance data to identify opportunities for enhancement, reduce product issues, and optimize overall functionality.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot machinery problems and propose long-term solutions.
- Design and carry out product trials, assessing the impact of new technologies and raw materials on beverage quality and machine performance.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Ensure all developed products meet health, safety, and regulatory standards, specifically related to food safety and machinery operation.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations and advancements, ensuring Coffeebot remains a leader in compliant and sustainable practices.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand market needs and deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
- Provide technical support and training to the operations department to enhance their understanding of new and existing machinery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in R&D roles related to food machinery or beverage technology.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Technical understanding of machinery mechanics, preferably in vending systems or automated beverage machines.
- Experience in coffee technology is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Innovative and detail-oriented, with a passion for developing groundbreaking technology.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CAD software and/or other relevant design tools is advantageous.
