**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance to warehouse staff on daily routines and reporting methods
- Support day-to-day operations to achieve supply chain results and troubleshoot systems
- Address warehouse issues and communicate them to top management
- Mentor warehouse team on reporting to top management and drive process improvement
- Analyze warehouse performance and capacity vs. forecast planning to propose operational changes
- Compliance with ISO and FSSC Standard
- Sourcing and procure raw material supply
- Project management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field is an added value.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experiences in leading warehouse operations
- Experience in the retail industry will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong in problem-solving and strategic planning
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently whilst still being a team player
- Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
