**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest services**: Welcome guests, check in and out, and provide keys
- **Reservations**: Book reservations and maintain guest records
- **Phone calls**: Answer calls from guests and prospective customers, take messages, and deliver them
- **Guest inquiries**: Handle guest inquiries and complaints, and contact the appropriate personnel
- **Concierge services**: Arrange travel, book tickets, and provide information about local attractions
- **Billing**: Prepare room bills and ensure prompt payments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
