**Requirements**:

- 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience and familiar coordaniate with TNB, JKR, GLC & Governmenet tender & project
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction materials, methods, and international trade regulations.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

**Responsibility**
- Quantify and estimate materials required for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantity for tendering purposes.
- Participate in the tendering process, including analyzing bids, providing input on contractor selection, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a scheduled & ad-hoc basis.
- Generate regular reports on project costs, variances, and procurement activities.

Salary : RM2500-RM4000

Work location : Bangi Avenue, Selangor

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
