Human Resource Intern

**Responsibilities**:
- Attendance - Collect, check, and key in leave forms and OT forms into i-Flexi system (HRMS).
- Reports - Complete daily reports, weekly OT & MC report, and monthly report.
- Employee Benefit Claims - Compile, check, and key in employee claim forms into system.
- On-boarding - Assist in new employee on-boarding process such as preparation of documents/forms needed, uniform, access card, locker key, etc.
- Recruitment - Assist in recruitment process such as arranging interviews and preparing the documents needed.
- Training - Assist in arranging for training programs such as contacting training provider for quotation and training information.
- Assist in preparing monthly attendance report and allowance for interns.
- Memo - Issue memos for announcements and payment as requested by management team.
- Payroll - Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
- Maintain a good filing system and proper record of all documents.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in any Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Good communication skills - English Language proficiency, reading, writing, and speaking are required.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work on a responsibility basis.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
