Job Description;
- Administrative ad-hoc jobs;- task assigned by Directors and Human Resource Manager;
- cover reception, answer and direct phn calls;
- responsible in typing, copying, binding, scanning office documents whenever necessary;
- to take Minutes of Meeting of each meeting;
- responsible in managing office & pantry supplies.. Maintain supplies of office & pantry inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level;
- responsible in solving a problem by tackling it from a different perspective, to seek alternative solution for problem;
- to prepare utility, claims documents by 1st of the month. Grab claims (date TBA);
- managing workers and workers related matters;
- responsible of recruitment data:
- excel chart of workers details and agents, attendance, payments, etc;- check labours attendance from company and tally with office documents, to prepare report and attendance to issue invoice;
- to be responsible of petty cash, to submit to HRM and to be approved by Directors;
- arranging couriers.
