**Responsibilities: -** **HR Functions** - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process eg. job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews etc - Conduct HR orientation and manage onboarding and offboarding for employees - Assist in the development and implementation of Employee Handbook - Administer employees’ benefits and insurance including enrolment and staff movement updates - Administer and manage Leave system - Be the first point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise - Review and update monthly HR database report, staff movement reports and organization charts - Create and maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form - Coordinate ad-hoc company functions, team building activities, annual gathering to encourage team bonding among colleagues **Admin Functions** - Provide a healthy and conducive work environment for all employees by ensuring that the workplace is clean, safe and well-equipped - Monitor and purchase Malaysia office supplies, stationery and pantry items - Develop and maintain proper filing systems **Requirements: -** - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines; preferably with specialization in Human Resources Management - Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, with hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR operations - Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Good knowledge of Malaysia’s employment/labor laws - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay - Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint - Good analytical, problem-solving skills and organisational skills, able to multi-task - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with people of different levels in the company - Meticulous, hands-on and able to maintain confidentiality - A team player, highly independent and pro-active If you are keen to explore this exciting career opportunity with us, please click "APPLY" and upload your full resume with photo (include current and expected remuneration package). **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Human Resource: 3 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Remotely: - No
