We are looking for a qualified Customer Service and Marketing to provides first-class service in order to push the sales of a certain target. Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.
To be successful in Sales and Customer Service, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, top-notch Sales and Marketing creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends, and the ability to work well within a team.

**Job Responsibility**
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
- Answers questions from clients
- Answering incoming call
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

**Qualification**
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, business, or related field.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Preferred Skill**
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Tolerance and patience.
- Teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
