**Opportunity**

**What you will do**:
As a passionate problem solver, your regular activities will include evaluating, setting, and managing customer reported problems including escalation activities and communications. You’ll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day. You will undergo training on relevant SAS products, learn to provide top-notch support to our clients, and work with a highly capable team within the region.

**Required qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. We’re a global company, English is a key.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
- You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
- You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program at the end of course. Or, you are a fresh graduate.
- Target majors include IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Computing and similar fields.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or SAS is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing and container technologies e.g. Azure/AWS, Kubernetes
