**What will you be doing**:
**Accounting and Financial Reporting**:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including data entries, financial report generation, and data analysis for presentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
**External Communication**:
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders for financial reporting and audit processes.
**Bank Transactions**:
- Execute bank payments and manage bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor and report on cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
**Disbursement and Internal Allocations**:
- Manage disbursement processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and financial regulations.
- Handle internal allocations, optimizing resource utilization across departments.
**Payroll and Leave Management**:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage leave reconciliations and maintain accurate records of employee absences.
**Ad Hoc Responsibilities**:
- Conduct client account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Monitor and analyze spending patterns, providing insights for cost optimization.
- Undertake other ad hoc financial responsibilities as required.
**Who are we lookin for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in finance management roles with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- **Ability to speak in English & Chinese is a must**
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
