**Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network-related hardware and software.
- Configure and troubleshoot network protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, and STP.
- Perform network maintenance and upgrade tasks including backups, patch management, and software updates.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement solutions to resolve them.
- Monitor and analyze network performance and implement solutions to optimize network performance, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to integrate network infrastructure with other systems.
- Ensure network security policies and procedures are implemented and maintained to protect the organization from security threats.
- Provide end-user support for network-related issues and participate in on-call rotation.
- Create and maintain network documentation including diagrams, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in network engineering and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.
- Develop network architecture and design documents, including network topology diagrams, network security diagrams, and network configurations.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or related field.
- in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching protocols.
- Experience with network security principles including firewalls, VPN, and intrusion prevention.
- Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or PRIG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other IT staff and departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIP-ENT are preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud-based networking and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
