About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We’re looking for a **fluent Filipino-speaking Tele-Sales Agent** to join our global team and support the growth of Exnova - a fast-growing online trading platform built for simplicity, speed, and user engagement.

You’ll work remotely on a full-time schedule (5/2, 8 hours/day) in the Indonesian time zone (GMT+7 or GMT+8), helping us re-engage inactive users and bring them back to the platform.

**Tasks**:

- Proactively reach out to a large volume of assigned users - up to 400-500 calls per day - using our internal calling system;
- Aim to maintain 50+ successful user connections daily by creating meaningful, engaging conversations;
- Present the key features and advantages of the trading platform in a clear and confident manner;
- Encourage users to return to the platform, explore its tools, and resume trading activity;
- Communicate with empathy, clarity, and persuasion to build user interest and trust;
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up to date with platform developments and best practices;
- Provide performance insights and constructive feedback to your team lead, supporting shared growth and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent/native speaker of Filipino with excellent verbal communication;
- Confident spoken English (B2 level or higher);
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage and persuade over the phone;
- Basic understanding of trading or financial markets is a plus - but we’ll provide full training;
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and meet daily targets;
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote calling.
