**Position Overview**

The **Outlet Promotions & Merchandising Executive** is responsible for **planning, executing, and tracking in-store promotional campaigns** to drive revenue growth, increase the number of transactions, and enhance product visibility at Constant Pharmacy outlets. This role collaborates closely with the **Buyer, Chief Pharmacist, GM Retail Operations, Outlet Managers, and Marketing Team** to ensure successful execution and alignment with business goals.

**Key Performance Objectives & Results**

**1. In-Store Promotions & Sales Growth**

**Objective**: Increase in-store sales and number of transactions through well-executed promotional campaigns.
- **Drive in-store sales growth by XX%** during promotional periods.
- **Plan and execute at least XX major in-store promotional campaigns per quarter**, aligned with sales targets and key retail seasons.
- **Increase the number of transactions by executing XX promotions** during major festive periods (e.g., Chinese New Year, Ramadan, Deepavali).
- Collaborate with the **Buyer** to ensure **high-demand products are selected** for promotions and supplier deals are negotiated effectively.
- Ensure **XX% compliance** with pharmacy regulations for health-related promotions by working closely with the **Chief Pharmacist**.
- Work with **Outlet Managers** to guarantee **promotion execution consistency across all stores**.

**2. Merchandising & Customer Engagement**

**Objective**: Improve customer engagement and product visibility through effective in-store merchandising.
- **Develop and implement visually engaging promotional displays** that enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
- **Ensure XX% of promotional displays are set up one day before launch** to maintain execution efficiency.
- **Organize at least XX in-store activation events per month** (e.g., product demonstrations, health awareness campaigns, sampling).
- Work with **Marketing** to **amplify promotional visibility on social media, in-store digital screens, and customer engagement platforms**.
- Increase **customer engagement by XX%** through interactive in-store experiences and promotional offers.

**3. Performance Tracking & Reporting**

**Objective**: Monitor and analyze promotional effectiveness to optimize future campaigns.
- **Track and analyze sales performance, number of transactions, and customer purchasing behavior** to measure promotion effectiveness.
- Provide **detailed reports on promotion performance within XX week(s) of campaign completion**, including insights and improvement recommendations.
- Maintain a **XX%+ accuracy rate in promotional inventory tracking** to avoid stockouts and ensure availability
- Work closely with the **Buyer and Chief Pharmacist** to **monitor stock levels** and ensure seamless replenishment of promoted items

**4. Cross-Department Collaboration**

**Objective**: Ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns through strategic collaboration.
- Conduct **bi-weekly cross-functional meetings** with the **Buyer, Chief Pharmacist, GM Retail Operations, Outlet Managers, and Marketing** to review promotion plans, execution, and results.
- Ensure **XX% compliance with health and pharmacy regulations** by working closely with the **Chief Pharmacist**.
- Coordinate with **GM, Retail Operations** to **integrate promotions into overall retail strategies and business objectives**.
- Work with **Outlet Managers** to **standardize promotional execution** and ensure all stores maintain high operational standards for promotions.
- Partner with **Marketing** to **maximize promotion reach and customer awareness across digital and in-store touchpoints**.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (How Performance Will Be Measured)**
- **Sales Growth**: Achieve a **minimum XX% increase** in sales during promotional periods.
- **Number of Transactions**: Increase **the number of transactions through XX strategic promotions** during key seasons.
- **Promotion Effectiveness**: Measure sales of **RM XX million worth of promoted products**, ensuring targets are met.
- **Customer Engagement**: Execute **at least XX in-store events** to drive loyalty program participation and achieve **XX million repeat customers**.
