Cadet Planter

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in field supervision in plantation
- Assisting Assistant Plantation Manager in preparing and conducting the work progress
- Control labor to maintain highest productivity
- Maximizing FFB production & yields
- Maximizing production costs via cost-savings measures & increase productivity
- Implement agronomic best practices & standard operating procedures
- Ensuring all occupational health & safety requirements are complied with, including ensuring staff & workers are adequately trained & equipped
- Evaluating the estate with regards to possible options for mechanization & reduction of labor
- Ensuring field maintenance work is done to an acceptable standard & cost
- Increased focus on the nursery & replanting efforts with a view of maximizing future productivity & yields
- Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
