Job Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the projects align with strategic objectives and meet high-quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects.

Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with robust business an IT project management experience to actively lead and manage business project resources, activities, schedules, and deliverables.

These include the following:

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead project teams, assign tasks and ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate and follow up closely with other countries, local and global teams, and third-party service providers on project tasks including project plan and activities, gap analysis, development, and testing, change management, user acceptance, and training materials.
- Document and report on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned.

Pre-Requisites:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting to both business and technical executives
- Ability to relay technical information to non-technical users and elicit requester's needs.
- Possesses good problem-solving and analytics skills, with strong business, finance, and IT knowledge.
- Highly motivated self-starter, detail, and quality-oriented and able to work independently and able to self-manage and required to lead certain projects.
- Experience in project management and knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban processes.
- Advantageous to have experience in e-commerce/e-wallet products.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding working environment.
