**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Planning & Scheduling**
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on shipment demand and targets.
- Release and track production work orders until completion.
- Adjust schedules based on production progress, material supply (including purchased and self-made parts), and delivery requirements.
- Evaluate production capacity across departments, balance workload among workshops, and improve overall output.
- Deploy temporary or urgent orders into the schedule as needed.
- Confirm and follow up on unsettled and urgent work orders to ensure timely closure.

**2. Order Management & Execution**
- Review production orders, confirm delivery timelines, track completion and product loss rates.
- Monitor the execution and delivery of production and insertion orders.
- Handle production abnormalities related to process or quality to maintain operational continuity.
- Respond to order cancellations or changes by analyzing production/material status, updating plans, notifying relevant teams, and issuing change notices.

**3. Material Coordination & Inventory Control**
- Track the status of materials, including supply and quality, throughout production.
- Supervise material feeding according to the order/forecast/production plan.
- Manage waiting materials, returns, replenishments, and order changes during production.
- Analyze and report on high-risk materials and sluggish inventory; share insights with **relevant**departments.

**4. Cross-functional Communication & Coordination**
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth production.
- Inform the project team for SOP and SIP readiness before trial production of new products.
- Recommend personnel adjustments to support timely production and work order closure.
- Serve as a communication bridge between departments for issue resolution and plan alignment.

**5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Analyze and report on plan completion rates, product loss rates, and daily production progress.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports for the department.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in unfinished production work orders and follow through on implementation.
- Forecast market challenges based on competitor analysis and industry trends to support proactive production and material planning.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in production planning and material control, experience in **plastic injection moulding** is a must.
- Familiar with plastic injection moulding processes and production flow.
- Able to use ERP or MRP systems (SAP) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Good in production scheduling, material planning, and coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills in handling delays or material issues.
- A good team player, responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
