**Position: Facility Technician**

**Location: Sedenak Kulai, Johor**

**Working Mode: On-site, 9.00 AM -6.30 PM**

**Tenure: Contract, Renewable Basis**

**Job Summary**:

- The role involves comprehensive responsibility for facility support, encompassing activities such as conducting daily health checks, providing first-level troubleshooting for technical issues, ensuring timely issue resolution, attending to customer calls with satisfaction, adhering to configuration and quality management systems, and maintaining strict information security protocols. This position also involves reviewing user requirements, test records, and preparation of inspection plans, along with carrying out inspections and tests to guarantee compliance with specifications. Moreover, the role encompasses a critical role in maintaining service level agreements, responding to incidents and breakdowns, and assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance in various domains. Coordination with Facility Engineers to align with electricity supply regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities, and supervising breakdown work is essential, all while maintaining a strong customer relationship.

**Requirements**:

- **At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.**:

- Possess good soft skills in communication and documentation.
- Able to contribute effective solutions to solve issues.
- Positive and aggressive working attitude, able to think critically, a good team player and able to work independently.
- **Proficiency in English language is a must** - spoken, written, and reading.
- **Proficiency in MS Office is a must. **Any other engineering related software proficiency will be added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
