Handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat, inbound & outbound calls, and social media.
- Upsell and promote our services and products.
- Provide advice related to general inquiries, accounts, profiles, billings, withdrawals, and payments.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- **Requirements**:_
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform with minimum supervision and work independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Tamil/Hindi. Additional fluency in Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi is appreciated.
- Must be able to work on a rotational shift: Monday-Sunday, 4 days a week with 3 rotational off days.
- Possesses with own transportation.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
