Product Analyst

**Who are we looking for**: We are looking for a Product Analyst to join us in building our future oriented digital construction platform. As one of our first Product Analyst hires here, you will be reporting to our Product Director. This role will work with the product team to derive market trends, favours, thriving needs and feed into product requirements based on solid data analysis, plus practical competitor benchmarking. **What you will be doing**: You are a technically astute and motivated individual with great communication skills. The Product Analyst will work to gather detailed requirements from stakeholders and varying sized customer environments. You will be required to document and write detailed technical specifications for changes and enhancements to the product. **Market Intelligence Collector** - Study our internal systems and 3rd party competitor systems. - Compile all the pros and cons for benchmarking. - Obtain key information from internal stakeholders and external partners. - Be sensitive to any market thriving trends and customer growing needs. **Excellent Information Processor** - Translate business requirements to detailed technical requirements with fluency to enable IT technical and development teams. - Provide insight to customer usage, user behaviour based on sufficient data. - Provide advice to usage scenarios, workflow and UIUX enhancements. - Able to iron out the noise and grab the instructive data. - Able and willing to give up imprecise analysis and swiftly switch to a new one. **Effective Presenter** - Provide technical analysis and prepare presentations of recommendation to management. - Address current product and customer concerns. - Present market direction and potential commercial opportunities. - Gather feedback and resharpen the analysis agilely. - Efficient document editor, straight to critical contents **What we need from you**: - At least 2 years of product analysis experience ideally progressed from digital products - Strong strategic agility, highly analytical, technical savviness and business acumen - Strong communication skills in writing and speaking - Open minded to all kinds of thoughts and ideas, sensitive to discrepancy and data - Product management skills (desirable) **About Hubble** Hubble is a leading technology company focusing on the construction and engineering industry.
