**The duties and responsibilities of an accounting administrator include**:

- Managing supplier, customer, and third-party vendor obligations.
- Dealing with bank deposits.
- Reconciling financial records.
- Preparing, sending, and storing invoices.
- Contacting clients and issuing reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Returning tax forms.
- Identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
- Reporting accounts payable and receivable status.
- Managing company assets and financial expenditures.
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
- Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
- Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
- Ensuring that suppliers are informed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
