**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by regularly cleaning and sanitizing workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Manage and organize stock efficiently to ensure product availability and smooth daily operations.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience by greeting every customer and building positive connections.
- Clearly describe menu items and services, and confidently recommend products based on customer preferences.
- Accurately receive and process customer payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Consistently deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive café experience.
**Requirements**:
- Fully vaccinated with a minimum of two (2) doses.
- Possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal skills, energetic personality, and a willingness to learn.
- Preferably with own transportation for added convenience and flexibility.
- No prior barista experience required — comprehensive training will be provided.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
