- **Cost Optimization**: Control and reduce sales expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with internal teams to allocate resources and maintain strong customer satisfaction levels.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Monitor customer feedback, QMS/QA issues, and escalate or initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present management reports, including customer satisfaction metrics, project status, and financial analysis.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Mandarin (mandatory) and English (oral & written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, account management, or business development.
- Experience in precision manufacturing, machining, or fabrication.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business management principles and market strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel - Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Word).

**About the Role**

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Program Manager to drive business expansion, lead cross-functional project launches, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective program and account management. This role requires a proactive leader with experience in manufacturing, machining, or precision engineering industries.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
