**Google SEM Specialist / SEM Manager

我们正在寻找一位以结果为导向且经验丰富的Google SEM专家/经理，负责领导并优化付费搜索营销活动。理想的候选人需精通Google Ads（搜索、展示、购物和YouTube广告），深刻理解关键词策略，并能带领团队达成绩效目标。

**Key Responsibilities / 主要职责**
- **Plan, develop, and execute SEM campaigns** across Google platforms to drive quality traffic and conversions.

规划、制定并执行Google平台的SEM活动，以提升优质流量和转化率。
- **Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis** to inform strategies.

开展关键词研究、受众定位及竞争分析，为广告策略提供依据。
- **Optimize ad copies, bidding strategies, and landing pages** for maximum ROI and Quality Score.

优化广告文案、竞价策略和落地页，以提高投资回报率（ROI）和质量得分。
- **Monitor performance** via Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.

通过Google Ads、Google Analytics等工具监控广告表现。
- **Manage budgets** to ensure optimal spend allocation and KPI achievement.

合理管理预算，确保资金分配高效并达成KPI。
- **Deliver performance reports** with actionable insights weekly/monthly.

每周/每月提交绩效报告并提供可执行的优化建议。
- **Collaborate with internal teams** (content, design, web) for marketing alignment.

与内容、设计、网站团队协作，确保SEM与整体营销目标一致。
- **Stay updated** on industry trends and Google algorithm changes.

- **Lead and mentor SEM teams**, providing training and feedback.

领导并指导SEM团队，提供培训和绩效反馈。
- **Implement A/B tests** to enhance ad performance and engagement.

通过A/B测试持续提升广告效果与用户参与度。

**Qualifications / 任职要求**
- **3-5 years of hands-on experience** in Google Ads campaign management.

3-5年Google Ads广告管理实战经验。
- **Proven success** with high-budget accounts and measurable results.

有高预算账户管理经验并能交付可量化成果。
- **Proficiency in**: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs.

熟练使用Google Ads、Google Analytics、Google Tag Manager及SEMrush/Ahrefs等工具。
- **Strong analytical skills** for data-driven decisions.

出色的数据分析能力，能基于数据决策。
- **Team management experience** preferred.

有团队管理经验者优先。
- **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field.

相关领域学士学位或同等学历。
- **Mandarin fluency required**; English/Bahasa Malaysia a plus.

必须流利使用普通话，英语/马来语能力加分。

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
