**Employees Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Trainee**
- Sales Support: Engage with customers, to visit their outlets, to check the product display, inventory balance
- Generate sales from new vendors and outlets, offer product recommendations, and facilitate transactions to meet sales targets.
- Marketing: Market new and existing products to retailers, distributors to increase brand and product awareness.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store management regarding replenishment needs, ensuring that stock levels are maintained effectively.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Working Hours are to be set later. However, You are expected to work not less than 45 hours each week.
