We are inviting **fresh graduates** to join our **PROTÉGÉ (Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs)** program. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in **project administration, tender documentation**, and day-to-day operational support. You will be mentored and trained to assist with key functions across tender preparation, project coordination, document control, and office management.
**Key Responsibilities (Training Exposure) -** Tender & Documentation
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and organization of **tender documents**, proposals, and supporting paperwork.
- Support the team in reviewing tender notices and tracking submission deadlines.
- Learn to coordinate and gather required inputs from internal departments for tender submissions.
- Help maintain a register of all tender activities, submissions, and client communications.
Administrative & Project Support
- Participate in organizing and maintaining structured **filing systems** (both physical and digital).
- Assist in drafting letters, meeting notes, and project summaries under supervision.
- Support the upkeep of **document logs**, naming conventions, and version control.
- Learn how to assist in **project documentation and reporting** during project lifecycles.
- Help organize internal meetings, document collection, and basic scheduling related to tenders or projects.
General Office Exposure
- Gain experience in general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and organizing records.
- Assist in **housekeeping of project folders** and maintaining an organized work environment.
- Learn about compliance practices, procurement workflows, and document standards in a professional setting.
**Requirements -**Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a **Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Communications**, or related fields.
- **Fresh graduates** or those currently seeking industrial/professional training under PROTÉGÉ.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in documentation, administration, and project coordination.
Added Advantage
- Exposure to or knowledge of **tendering processes**, government procurement, or project paperwork.
- Ability to communicate in both **Bahasa Malaysia and English** (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with good organizational and time-management skills.
