RM 2,200 - RM 2,800 (commensurate with experience).

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking skilled **Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Technicians** to join our maintenance team. The role involves performing corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system breakdowns, and ensuring the smooth operation of building facilities (residential/commercial). Fresh graduates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:Technician (Electrical)**:

- Perform maintenance on electrical systems (LV systems, lighting, earthing, generators, UPS, ELV, ACMV).
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults promptly.
- Ensure safety of generator sets, switch rooms, chiller plants, and pump rooms.
- Assist in monitoring power supply, fire protection, and air conditioning systems.

**Technician (Mechanical)**:

- Maintain mechanical systems (ACMV, fire protection, water supply, vertical transport).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns.
- Oversee efficiency of mechanical installations (pumps, chillers, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.

**Technician (Civil)**:

- Conduct corrective/scheduled maintenance for civil works (plumbing, building structures).
- Inspect and report equipment faults.
- Monitor water tank levels and pump conditions.
- Perform routine building inspections.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Certificate/Diploma in **Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering** or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Fresh graduates welcome; 1+ year in **property/facilities management** preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of building services (high-rise/commercial).
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia (written/spoken).
- Computer literacy.
- **Soft Skills**: Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented.
