**Location**: Residensi PR1MA A'Famosa 1, Simpang Ampat, Alor Gajah, Melaka
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily administrative tasks of the management office.
- Prepare and maintain account records, maintenance fee receipts, and financial reports.
- Issue invoices, verify payments, and process monthly claims.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Accounting, Administration, or other related fields.
- Experience in accounting & administration work (experience in strata management is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & accounting software.
- Responsible, honest, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
