Supervisor Kilang

To supervise all receiving and loading activities and managing pumping operators. To perform all job or task listed and instructed by Operation Supervisors and other superiors. Ensuring all EHS and FSQR related compliances are being complyied by the loading team.

**Responsibility/Duty**:
2.) Ensure man power available for loading following the loading plan.

3.) Ensure maintenance notification raised and weekly follow up for closure

4.) Ensure EHS regulations being followed by operators and tanker drivers.

5.) Preparing PR / SRF for material requisition

6.) Verification on filter changing process and sign off the checklist

7.) Verification on OPRP checklist and ensure it’s being sign off

8.) Managing permits for tank cleaning and ensure the task is being done safely.

9.) Update to Operation Supervisor on loading status as required.

10.) Maintain good housekeeping in pump house, loading bay and tank farm

11.) Follow load out filter procedurewhen doing tanker, flexibag and isotank loading as per food safety requirement.

12.) Other duties as when required / requested by the Head of Department

13.) To attend daily safety meeting and daily operation meeting

14.) Department morning tool box meeting - to chair and lead the meetings.

15.) Ensure flushing is followed the matrix and no wastage recorded

16.) All downgrading need to follow the SOP including the usage of flushing IBCs

17.) Highlighting any challenges faced at loading to Operation Supervisor for actions

18.) Ensure safety equipment like gas detectors, safety harness are well maintained

**Experience**:

- experience in bulk oil loading/receiving
- Managed a group of operators

**Skills **_(applied knowledge and technical skills directly related to this position)_
- Able to use all Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage for this role
- People managing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
