**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the manager.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and report progress to the manager.
- Handle and oversee projects assigned by the manager, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify potential risks or challenges in projects and propose solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all projects under the managers purview.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years in an administrative or assistant role, with experience in project management being an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
