1. Ensure timely collection of dirty linen from end users.

2. Ensure on-time delivery of clean linen to end users to support patient operations.

3. All soiled linens must be weighed and recorded before sending it to the outsourced laundry service provider.

4. Restocks and delivers clean linen to all parts of the hospital and ensures all operations are not disturbed.

5. Place all linen according to category on the designated racks and cannot be placed on the floor.

6. Offload all clean linen from the delivery onto shelves in the clean linen room.

7. Matches count of items received to items sent on the invoice.

8. To check all, outsource invoice charges are correct.

9. Maintain the cleanliness of the Linen room.

10. Call the outsourced laundry service provider to make any corrections if needed.

11. All rejected linen from the end users is to be replaced with new linen immediately from the outsourced laundry service provider.

12. Able to communicate professionally with the Linen Company Representatives and the Nursing Staff.

13. Follow verbal and written instructions. Have good communication skills.

14. Perform simple mathematics calculations for linen weightage recording.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
