**Role Summary**:
The **Private Residence** **Personal Assistant (PA)** to the private residence plays a pivotal role in providing personalised administrative and household management support in an organised, efficient, and timely manner. This position requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. The PA will provide direct assistance to the Director’s spouse, managing various aspects of household affairs, including oversight of children’s education, coordination of domestic staff, and day-to-day household operations. This role is based at the family residence in **Ipoh, Perak**, during office hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise lesson plans and worksheets for children following the Cambridge IGCSE British syllabus.
- Review and correct assignments/homework; identify focus areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate academic progress from school and tuition assignments.
- Brief parents on academic progress and planned lessons.
- Ensure children's safety and support their developmental growth.
- Organise and manage daily household tasks: groceries, children’s appointments, event planning, maintenance, and renovations.
- Coordinate end-to-end planning and logistics for family trips.
- Manage domestic staff (maids, drivers, gardeners), including task delegation and supervision.
- Track household appointments and schedules efficiently.
- Support additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field. Familiarity with the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in household or family support roles.
- Passion for education and working with families.
- High accuracy, strong organisation skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within the Ipoh area.
- Fluent in English and Malay (spoken and written); proficiency in a third language is an advantage.

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday**: Full day (office hours)
- **Saturday**: Half day
- Occasional weekend or public holiday work may be required; replacement rest days will be provided accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
