Plan and set up Ceremony Function activity at site.
- Provide guidance and service to customer at praying area and urn compartment for installation process.
- Responsible to seek confirmation from Agent or Customer on services booking and installations 1 day before the appointment date.
- Monitor urn names tag, photo and Dynastic Plaque delivery status.
- Communicate with customer and understand their needs and concern to provide valuable service to them.
**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English.
- School leaver and fresh graduate is welcome.
