Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Responsibilities;
- Control incoming/outgoing documents for CEO to sign.
- Arrange the travel logistics for MD/CEO i.e. flight both local and oversea, business trip and customer appointments if any.
- Liaise with stakeholders for MD/CEO’s meeting arrangement.
- Manage inventory supplies and good image of CEO office.
- Proceed all claim for CEO such as business trip, insurance claim, medial claim, and others.
- Manage Board Room and ensure optimize usage of the room.
- Facilitate the meeting appointment both internal and external parties where relevant.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports, meeting decks if any per advice from MD/CEO.
- Assist on other assigned tasked by MD/CEO from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management or other related fields
- At least 3 years’ experience in secretary work for CEO
- Good knowledge of admin work
- Good communication with all stakeholders
- Punctuality and good time management
- Honesty and integrity
- English is proficiency
