- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in scaffolding projects.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety protocols, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
