**PRU VENTURE MANAGER**

**Responsibilities**:

- attending agency meeting at the branch office at 8.30 am
- making phone calls in the office daily from 9 am till 10 am
- attending Weekly Activity Reporting (WAR) Meeting every Friday at 8.30 am
- doing direct approach with strangers market at shopping malls, Pasar Tani & office to office
- open booth sales as shopping complex like Aeon, Giant & Lotus's
**Work Experience**:

- Minimum 1-year sales and marketing experience is preferable
- Former banking staff on sales and marketing are welcome
- Sales executives from credit cards company are welcome
- Unit trust agents with sales experience are welcome too
**Knowledge**:
able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must

basic knowledge in mathematics is required

**Education**:

- Minimum with 5 credit pass in Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia(SPM)
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an added value
- Possessing Pre Contract Examination(PCE) from Malaysian Insurance Institute(MII) & Takaful Base Examination(TBE) from Malaysian Takaful Association(MTA) is an added value.
**License**:
Must possess own transport at least a motorbike

**Income**: RM8K - RM10K per month
