Job Responsibilities:
Job Summary: As the Payments Solution Manager, you will be at the core of our efforts to optimize and enhance the payments ecosystem for Razer Gold. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing the payments product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a frictionless payment experience, and expanding payment options to cater to global audiences. Your passion for gaming, coupled with your product management expertise, will drive the success of our payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payments Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive payments product strategy aligned with the company's goals, considering market trends, user behavior, and competitive insights.
- New Payment Method Integration: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize the integration of new payment methods, gateways, and technologies, catering to regional preferences and ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Payment Processing Optimization: Continuously analyze payment data and customer feedback to identify pain points and optimize payment processing efficiency, reducing drop-offs and increasing successful transactions.
- Product Development: Assist with end-to-end product development, from ideation and requirements gathering to development and launch of new payment features and enhancements.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about the payments industry, gaming trends, and competitor offerings to drive innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, risk and fraud, marketing, and business development teams to integrate payment solutions seamlessly into the overall Razer Gold platform. Payment Performance Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment products, analyzing data to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with payment providers, processors, and other relevant vendors, ensuring optimal service levels and negotiating favorable terms.

Pre-Requisites:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the fintech, e-commerce, or payments industry.
- A deep understanding of payments, payment gateways, and processors, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming community and its payment preferences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented approach to challenges.
