**Qualifications**:
1. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Finance, Management Information System, or a related field with five years+ related experience 2. Working knowledge in project planning and SAP implementation to ensure all aspects of opportunities and risks are considered to improve operations workflow and organization's efficiency, effectiveness and compliance 3. Understanding on rebate and pricing process is a must while experience in one or more the following business processes is a plus : revenue, demand supply, sample, compliance, pipeline management and supply chain 4. Strategic thinking to plan ahead, analytical thinking and problem solving skills along with process and detail orientation to formulate tactics as well as result and customer orientation 5. Self-starter with ability to work independently through ambiguity and under pressure, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver aligned project/program deliverables 6. Ability to interface with multi-leveled employees with solid communication, presentation, and influencing skills 7. Fluent English and Mandarin is a pre-requisite, Japanese and Cantonese would be an added advantage
