**We’re Hiring: Principal (Montessori Preschool)**
**Location**: Shah Alam
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education** or related field
- Experience working with **toddlers aged 1-3 years** is preferred
- Familiar with **Montessori approach** is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate, responsible, and caring towards young children

**Job Scope**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the preschool
- Guide and support teaching staff in implementing Montessori curriculum
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Engage with parents regarding child development and progress
- Monitor and document children's growth and milestones
- Maintain compliance with early education standards and SOPs

**Salary Range**: RM2500 - RM3200 (based on experience)
