Administrative of agency movement & MOC for agency distribution channel

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing the efficiency, timeliness and integrity of the agency movement and maintenance of contract (MOC) for its agency channel and ensure compliance to the regulatory and Company’s policies and guidelines.
- Overseeing the Agency Movement and Services team to ensure smooth operations and administration of the department.
- Support IT & System Team in preparing & reviewing business requirement (BRD), test plan as well as performing user acceptance test (UAT) & etc on Agency Admin related system.
- Work closely with IT & System Team for agency management system enhancement/error fixing and ensure meeting Agency Distribution business rules & spell out clearly in BRD.
- Review & revise agency movement and MOC process flow and SOP as and when needed.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
- Handling and ensure all agency appeal/enquiries/requests are attended promptly.

Job Specification:

- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in life insurance or financial institutions.
- Possess substantial knowledge in Agency Administration.
- Attention to detail, strong troubleshooting, systematic and analytical thinking.
